This isn't just for the guidelines but also the strifing profile and anything else that has to do with the profile!
Of course, it's only for Trolls, not eau lourde.
Of course, it's only for Trolls, not eau lourde.
Since my employers are giving me one day a week (if I'm lucky) of work (because SUMMER and all the high schoolers are out to work), I'll have more time to address issues with the guidelines and make proper changes if need be. There may need to be changes in already submitted profiles if those profiles hinder role playing of guideline updates (otherwise they'll be granted a free pass to remain as they are).
Now I'm posting this here because I have had complaints about our current guidelines so, what I want all of my members to do (including regular, vip, and administration) is to go over the guidelines to see if there's anything you're wondering why we have there. If there is something you see that needs to be fixed (as in the comic contradicts it), please post the following below:
1. Which guideline needs to be changed (the bolded part of the guideline is the title of the guideline).
2. Which part specifically needs to be modified (copy and paste an excerpt).
3. Reason why it should be and what the guide should say instead.
4. Link to a page to Homestuck to back it up. We don't use the wiki but we do use the wiki's links to the specific pages.
Every request submitted with all four filled out will be taken to the administration skype and we will discuss and vote on whether or not it's doable (giving a link to a Homestuck page almost always guarantees a ruling in your favor).
As to when any accepted changes will take affect, they will happen almost immediately (if we have the energy and all the votes necessary amongst administration during the review of said change). That being said, I'll be announcing that there's a change to the guidelines on our How to Join / Instructions / TrollMe AU Starter Kit (first post) when each has been made. Below I'll post an FAQ (i.e. people who request changes based on things that we already have pages for or just have questions, in general) and any specific changes made to our guidelines.
Have at it, y'all!
