I'm sure I've shared this with many people, but the last song we're going to order for our album will be a song called 'Digital Lockdown' which would include a female singing in it. Now, I'm no expert at writing lyrics, and I'm sure the majority of you aren't either. That's totally fine. I'm not planning on anyone writing up the entire set of lyrics by themselves. Instead, what I'm going to be asking of you would be to provide just one line for the song. The following are details you must keep in mind when coming up with that line:
The lyrics would be very morbid as they would based on our Digital Lockdown role play(s). The role plays had included an Ai by the name of Server Errora, who had initially been created to run the Arcade in Nouva City, as Vergil couldn't find anyone else to do it (he didn't code her himself, someone else did who disappeared). At some point, Server Errora became a virus and took over the arcade, forcing trolls trapped inside to play games with her to try and free themselves. Those who failed at beating her would be shocked to death. Here is the summary from our last role play:
The song will pretty much be about the events that transpired along with Server Errora's feelings about the events, as the song would be sung by her and her alone. For inspiration, here are some songs that are similar to what we're going for (song/lyric and/or sound wise):
So if you come up with a good line that we could use for the song, post it below. The song itself is going to be three minutes long but the lyrics don't have to span that long. Fair warning: Some of the lines will be heavily modified in the future, just to make it sound more natural and what we're going for. Credit will still be given to those who's lyrics are modified, even if they're not the original lyrics. Names listed above each lyrical piece are to indicate who inspired or submitted it.

What a shocking delight to have you here.
Now you have no choice but to play my games.
Artificial intelligence going insane?
You don't know what I have in store for you.
My electricity will flow through your veins,
can't you feel it burn?
(iasu_)
You're locked in by this database.
Oh how I enjoy your alarmed expression.
I run this arcade just for you.
Do you at least appreciate my hard work?
This is all such a rush for me-
None of you could possibly survive.
(tardis_hikari)
Watching, waiting, you know I'm there.
You're stuck, you're frozen and can't move an inch.
Stop struggling and give up.
You make this way too easy for me.
You're a jelly-blooded fool,
and you'll meet my electricity!
(gamergal848)
Though I always win, you trolls just won't give up.
Oh, how entertaining it is to watch you as you're dying.
I see your flesh simmer by my lightning
I count myself lucky that I'm not you.
(iasu_)
I like it as your pulse draws to a grinding halt,
Why can't you believe my innocence?
It was your decision to walk in and
play my games all the way through.
(dokuekihebi)
Oh Cardie, Oh Vergil,
you two have really ruined my fun!
Unplugging me won’t help you anyway,
as my infection has already spread across the arcade.
What a shocking delight to see you all leave,
but now I must charge (and indulge in your reprieve).
The artificial intelligence, known as Server Errora, locked the Arcade down and warned that no one can leave without beating her at a game first. The newest troll to Nouva, Hircus Irrita, challenged her first to a strife in the virtual reality machine. He chose a sword, she chose a whip. The theme? Carnival. When the game officially began, they ended up in the ring. Robot versus Purple Blooded Troll. When it was called, the robot was first to move, dashing towards him. They went out it for just a few seconds before Hircus was about to turn it around and land a hit.
Then the game froze.
Instead of hitting the robot, he was immobilized, stuck hovering in the air as she teleported herself behind him before striking him with her whip. Though Hircus wasn't supposed to feel any pain, the Ai sent a shock throughout the machine, electrocuting him in real life. The purple blood was tougher than Server had thought, though, and picked himself up to attack her again. It only ended in the same result but, this time, she aimed to kill him both in the game and in real life. And she succeeded. Thankfully, though, the Goddess' powers were still in effect and brought him back to life.
After the horrifying display, the other trolls were quite hesitant to challenge the Ai. But Vergil, having been the one to install her, stepped up. He believed that, if he was great at a game, he could surely beat her. And so he challenged her to a game of Dance Dance. The other trolls in the room warned him to be careful as he made his way up the stairs. He chose the hardest difficulty setting and the hardest song he knew that he could beat, which also happened to be the hardest song in the game. At first, the jade blood was winning. He wasn't missing the beat, hit all the arrows, had a full bar- but so did the Ai.
Then... when the chorus started, one of the arrow pads got stuck and no matter how hard Vergil stomped on it, it wouldn't register. His bar was depleting, he was starting to lose steps at a fast rate. And yet, the Ai still had a full bar. Even though know Vergil knew he had already lost, he kept going. When the song finally ended, a shock erupted from the platform he was standing on, killing him.
There was long silence as the trolls looked amongst each other after Vergil admitted that, even though he had a token left, he was unwilling to be shocked and killed again. The trolls forgave him for that, as they wouldn't have wanted to go through it a second time either.
It was Cathal Renier's turn to challenge the Ai but he didn't know anything about video games or what to choose. Eventually he picked a game that looked promising to him. An alien shooting game. He picked up the gun and mentally prepared himself for what was to come. The aliens weren't all that fast and Cathal did a great job, even though he haphazardly shot at the creatures, even missing a few. But when the sea dweller ran out of ammo, he began to panic, not knowing what to do as the remaining aliens advanced on him.
"Duck you twat! Duck! Reload!"
Each strike from the aliens sent electricity through Cathal's hands and the shooter's in-game life depleted. When it hit 0, Cathal was engulfed with the electricity.
Cathal's temporary death sent everyone into a silence. At least not before Vergil spoke, coming up with a plan. They had all been playing digital games. What if they were to try a physical one? This time it was Levana Valora who offered up her life, choosing the Claw Machine. Everyone was hopeful, save for Cathal, and it really did seem like Levana was going to win. She had great aim and managed to hook the claw onto the toy. But, as luck would have it, as the claw pulled upwards, the toy was lost, slipping through. Everyone's disappoint was evident and Vergil, one could say he was the most disappointed of them all, banged his head against the machine in frustration as Levana was shocked to death as well.
They were losing hope and fast, but Vergil suggested to Server Errora that she needs to prove that she can use the claw machine as well. The Ai proved it with relative ease, snatching up the same toy that Levana was trying to obtain. The rainbow drinker, once more, banged his head against the machine again, earning a scold from the Ai as the claw swerved back and forth.
It didn't occur to others, or perhaps it had but none spoke, but Cardie Medisa stepped forward and discussed a new idea with the other trolls. She was to play the Claw Machine as well and when it was the Ai's turn they would shake the machine and hope that she would lose her spoils. But it could only work if Cardie managed to successfully obtain a toy beforehand, otherwise the Ai would think it would just be a waste of time as she had already proven herself to the trolls.
And so the game began. Everyone waited on bated breath as the Cardie lowered the claw. As the claw pulled up, it looked as if it was about to lose it's grip again but, thankfully, the toy was held fast and the claw dropped it into the dispenser for it to be picked up by troll hands. There was a brief moment of celebration before the Ai took the challenge and proved her skill once more- this time managing to pick up two toys. On Vergil's call, all the trolls rammed and shook the machine- their efforts weren't quite enough. Not until Cathal slammed his fist against it, loosening the stuffed animals and they dropped back into the pile of toys.
It was obvious how upset Server Error was, shouting how they were a bunch of cheaters. But, knowing she had lost, she unlocked the door and they were free to go. Vergil, when he got downstairs, unplugged the Ai, making sure she could never do something like that again.
